History of my Fraternity

On October 4, 1968, six students from the University of the Philippines who were disappointed to the fraternity system in the acampus. Concieved the creation of different honor sociiety, which has a paramount aim for denouncing violence as an instrument in uplifting a  fraternity  prestige. The created existence in the campus.

The society was called the "THE ORDER OF U.P. TRISKELION"

They embarked on the task of forming the contitution
by the Tennets and the Codes of Conductand by recruiting manpower. 

Thirteen first members were dubbed as "Jesus and the Twelve Apostles". They were recognize as a founders of different chapters. Their task being a successful but two of this six founding fathers were expelledof violating the ways and the principles softhe fraternity. They were Restito Alfonso and Romeo Fortis.

The four founding  fathers and the founders ofthe different chapters changed the name from "Order of U.P. Triskelion"  to  "Tau Gamma Phi" (TRISKELION grand Fraternity/Sorority) in comrehending the fraternity. Thus, it was changed to the order ofGreek letters of the Fraternity.

The stablizition of the fraternity structure was cured through the establishment of the chapter board the13 brothers whose task is to help founding and building ofther chapters in different colleges was founded in U.S.T. and P.M.I. on 1971 with that fraternity population increase tremendously in different colleges and the University today. There are many chapters around the Philippines Archipelago.
